This outlet door is fabricated of type 304 stainless steel mounted in a 2" x 2" x 3/16" angle frame and which is an integral part of the hopper style section. Tested Electric Interlock This fail-safe system is designed to allow only one chute door to be opened at a given time. At all times, the doors are positively locked until the attendant presses the push button release for the door to be used. When this door is opened, the other doors are electronically locked out while the chute is in use. The pilot light on each of the doors indicates when the chute is in use. An optional switch at the bottom of the chute can be provided to lock out all the doors during a cleaning period or maintenance. This system can also be tied into smoke and heat detection devices.
